Talk to Cheqq from Slack, Telegram, Discord and WhatsApp

Bring Cheqq into Slack, Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp, link your account once, and get real work done from a DM, an @mention or a voice note.

Channels put the Cheqq agent where your team already talks. Once the bot is connected and you've linked your account, a DM or an @mention is a full agent turn: the bot answers with the same tools it has on the web — your Wapps, integrations, files, and workflows — pauses for approval when an action needs one, and can post files back into the thread.

The bot always acts as the person who wrote the message. Your reply is generated with your permissions, remembered in your conversation memory, and billed to the linked workspace — a shared channel never blurs who asked for what.

Connect Slack

Open Integrations → Channels and select Slack. You need to be a workspace admin.
Select Add to Slack and approve the consent screen in Slack.
You're returned to Cheqq with the connection shown as active — and your own account is already linked, since you did the installing.

The same card later offers Reinstall (after Slack-side changes) and Disconnect.

Connect Telegram

Open Integrations → Channels and select Telegram.
Select Generate link, then Open Telegram. The link is yours alone and expires after 15 minutes.
Tap Start in Telegram. Your Telegram account is now linked to your Cheqq account.

Connect Discord

Open Integrations → Channels and select Discord. You need to be a workspace admin.
Select Add to Discord, pick your server, and approve.
You're returned to Cheqq with the server shown as connected — and your own Discord account is already linked, since you did the installing.

Mention @Cheqq in any channel of that server and it answers in a thread under your message, so the conversation stays tidy. Or DM the bot for a private chat. To bring Cheqq into another server, select Add another server on the same card.

Connect WhatsApp

Open Integrations → Channels and select WhatsApp.
Select Link WhatsApp, then Open WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with a short message already typed.
Send that message within 15 minutes. Cheqq replies to confirm your WhatsApp is linked.

From then on, message Cheqq like you'd message anyone on WhatsApp — typed or spoken.

Voice notes

When typing is a hassle, talk. Send a voice note in WhatsApp, Telegram, a Discord DM or Slack, and Cheqq answers what you said, just as if you'd typed it. If you type something with it, Cheqq reads both.

  • Your recording isn't kept. Cheqq turns it into text to answer you, then lets the audio go.
  • Up to 5 minutes. Longer notes get a reply asking for a shorter one, or for you to type.
  • A little AI credit each. A short note uses about 2 credits, on top of the reply.
  • Nothing heard, no guessing. If Cheqq can't hear anything in a note, it asks you to try again or type instead of answering words you didn't say. A note that only says "thanks" or "bye" counts as nothing heard, too.

Each person links their own platform account to their own Cheqq account once. Whoever adds the bot to Slack or Discord is linked already, and in Slack the bot matches a teammate by their email where it can. Otherwise, the first time someone unlinked messages or @mentions the bot, it replies with a personal link that finishes on a Cheqq confirmation page. Until they link, the bot won't act for them — there is no anonymous access to your workspace.

What a channel turn can do

  • Answer from your data — query collections, summarize records, check a run's status.
  • Use your integrations — anything connected in Cheqq is available, under your own authorization.
  • Share files — ask for a chart, an export, or a generated image and the bot uploads the real file to the thread (up to 40 MB).
  • Email from your Gmail — write new emails or reply in a Gmail thread, with each one posted for your review first. See Email from a channel thread.
  • Pause for approval — actions that need sign-off show the same approval prompt you'd get on the web, answerable in place.

In a group channel the bot only responds when @mentioned; DMs always get a reply.

Email from a channel thread

With Gmail connected in Cheqq, the bot can email from your own address without leaving the thread. Each email it writes is posted as a card — Email ready for review — showing who it's from and to, the subject, and the whole text, with Send and Discard buttons.

  • Only you can send it. The buttons work for the person who asked for the email. Anyone else who presses them is told, privately where the platform allows, that only the person who asked can send or discard it.
  • To change it, reply in the thread. Say what to change and the bot writes the email again as a new card.
  • The card keeps you posted. It updates to Email sent, with Open in Gmail; to Email discarded; or to Email not sent, with Gmail's reason and Send again.

The next time you message the bot in that conversation, it knows which emails you sent or discarded from their cards.

This follows the same Review emails before sending setting as chat on the web, in Settings → Advanced. Turn it off and the bot sends as soon as you ask.

Channel turns are real Cheqq conversations

Turns from Slack, Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp carry your conversation memory and are billed and logged like any chat started on the web — the surface changes, the agent doesn't.
