Drafts in your own voice
Give Social Operator, Reddit Operator and Content Studio a few things you've written, and every draft sounds like you, sticks to facts you gave it, and gets a second look before you approve it.
Social Operator, Reddit Operator and Content Studio write replies and posts that go out under your name. They write from your own words, not a house style, so they work the same whoever installs them.
Show it how you write
Paste three to five things you've written yourself: posts, replies or messages, one per paragraph. Drafts copy your sentence length, punctuation, casing and warmth, never the wording or the content. A nickname you keep for friends never ends up in a reply to someone you don't know.
- Social operators: open the Wapp's Projects and fill in voice_samples.
- Content Studio: open Channels and fill in voice_samples on each channel. Each channel keeps its own, so your LinkedIn posts and your newsletter can sound different.
Without samples, drafts are written plainly in the first person.
Tell it what's true
A draft never invents a number, a customer or a result. In a social operator's Project:
- product_description says what you offer and who it's for.
- ideal_customer says who you want to reach, and who isn't worth the effort.
- proof_points lists the facts a draft may use: real results, customers, numbers and prices. Leave out anything you couldn't back up.
Content Studio takes its facts from each piece's research and its idea.
The second look
Every new draft gets checked before it reaches you, and again if you edit it:
- voice_check says whether it reads like a person typed it. Give anything marked Reads machine-written another pass.
- pitch_flag (Social Operator) appears when a reply meant to build your standing names your product or carries a link. Those replies are there to be worth reading; your profile does the selling.
In Social Operator, the Drafts collection's Needs a second look view lists every draft either check caught, so you can fix them before approving. Nothing is posted until you approve it.
Already installed?
Open the Wapp's settings and take the update from the Update available card. Your Projects, channels and drafts stay as they are; the new fields start empty, ready for your samples. Drafts you already had are checked the next time you edit them.
